Our Completed Projects

The Marsa Flyover Junction Project in Malta is considered the largest infrastructure undertaking in the country’s history and was completed in 2021. With a total budget of approximately €70 million, primarily funded by EU grants, the project delivered seven modern flyover structures, creating over 12 kilometers of uninterrupted, three-level roadways. The project replaced the heavily congested traffic-light intersection in Marsa, significantly improving connectivity between the main transport axes in southern Malta.

In addition, 3.5 kilometers of combined pedestrian and cycling paths were built, along with two pedestrian bridges and a park-and-ride facility with 380 parking spaces. Serving over 100,000 daily users, the flyover reduces travel times by up to 79% and substantially lowers emissions, making the Marsa project a milestone for sustainable, high-performance infrastructure in Malta.

The toll motorway O-33 in Turkey, also known as the Northern Aegean Motorway, connects Çiğli to Bergama over a distance of approximately 55 kilometers. Construction began in April 2017 after the consortium comprising IC İçdaş, Kalyon, and Astaldi was awarded the contract, and the motorway was inaugurated in October 2019. The project was financed under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, under which the consortium is responsible for operation and maintenance until 2027. The total project cost amounted to approximately USD 408 million.

The Kınalı–Odayeri section of the Kuzey Marmara Motorway, part of Istanbul’s Northern Beltway, spans approximately 80 kilometers, including 70 kilometers of motorway and 10 kilometers of connecting roads. This section was completed in May 2021 and was also implemented under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. It features three twin-bore tunnels, 13 viaducts, 37 bridges, and various other engineering structures. The entire Northern Beltway stretches nearly 400 kilometers and incorporates major infrastructure, including the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge. The financial allocation for the Kınalı–Odayeri section amounted to approximately 107.5 million Turkish Lira, while the total investment cost for the overall project reached several billion Lira.
